hehehe.. lama sungguh tak update blog ni..
bukan tak nak update, tapi tak berkesempatan. sibuk dengan hal2 rumah semua.
sekarang berat soda dah tinggal 61.2kg. BMI dah ok, 24.5
sebab soda tak nak kurus sangat pun sebab soda jenis rangka besar, so soda target nak turun sampai ke 58kg. tinggi soda 158cm.. soda tak suka nak target lebih2, kalau setakat 58kg pun dah cukup bagus dah.. hehehe.. tapi kalau boleh turun ke 57kg or 56kg lagi bagus kan? hahahaha..
aerobic tiap2 hari buat, kecuali hari jumaat. hari jumaat hari soda berehat2 ngan family.
makan pula, soda still maintain makan kurang. plus sekarang ni soda rajin dok masak benda2 bakar, rebus semua..
yeahhhhhhhhh.. sikit je lagik!!!
